can not use it was not all there will not work, was a waste of money will not buy anything else
Get one of these while you still can. An option that, for the Slim models, isn't available unless you use the extremely slow USB drives or have the time and patience to solder a 44-pin cable to the motherboard. This is absolutely a must have for any "fat" PS2 model. The newer "Slim" models already have a network connection built in but this adapter along with an older PS2 gives you the option of using an IDE hard disk.
And it works fine ONCE you download and configure your PS2 for it, but eevrything it good. Nowdays PS2 game consoles have a built in ethernet. you wouldnt need this, but since I am old school, I ahve to have old stuff, so I have an old PS2 that requires this adapor.
If you have an old Ps2 buy this adapter, you will not regret it. The easiest way to get your fat Ps2 online in minutes, just plug right in and poof your online.
I stopped by a local Gamestop store and they had at least 10 for sale. I've been looking for the network adapter for sometime and purchased used one on Amazon. I mean by 50%. Way cheaper than listed on Amazon. It was delivered within about a week by vendor. I haven't used it yet because I'm waiting for the wireless bridge to drop down.
